Booking and Payment
Payments and Bookings
When it comes to enrolling in our courses, we want to ensure a smooth payment process for all participants. Please note that all course fees are non-refundable, as your commitment allows us to provide valuable resources and materials. We accept various payment methods, including credit cards and PayPal, making it easy for you to secure your spot. Thank you for understanding our policy, and we look forward to supporting your learning journey! Bookings are confirmed only upon receipt of payment. If Artful Circle has to cancel a workshop, course or session, then Artful Circle will refund your payment accordingly.
Attendance, Supervision and Responsibility
Attendees under the age of 18 must be accompanied by a parent or carer at all times.
The accompanying adult is solely responsible for the child's safety, behaviour and wellbeing during the workshop.
We expect all attendees to behave respectfully towards others and the environment.
Any damage or breakage caused by an attendee (or their child) is the financial responsibility of that individual.
Artful Circle reserves the right to refuse entry or remove any participant whose behaviour is disruptive or unsafe without refund.
Complimentary drinks and biscuits will be provided, however we do not cater for dietary requirements or allergies. It is the attendee's responsibility to ensure any food or drink consumed is safe for them.
Changes and Cancellations
Artful Circle reserves the right to cancel or reschedule workshops due to unforeseen circumstances.
In such cases, attendees will be offered a full refund or the option to transfer to a future date.
We are not liable for any other costs incurred (e.g. travel or accommodation).
Health and Safety
Attendees must follow all health and safety instructions provided during the workshop.
If you have any medical conditions, accessibility needs, or allergies please inform us in advance so we can make reasonable accommodations.
All participants engage in workshop activities at their own risk. Artful Circle is not liable for any injury, allergic reaction, or adverse outcome resulting from participation.
Photography and Promotion
We may take photographs during workshops for promotional purposes. If you do not wish to be photographed please inform us at the start of the session.
No images will be used without consent for individuals under 18.
Liability and Disclaimers
Artful Circle is not liable for any personal injury, loss, or damage to personal belongings during the workshop.
Participation in this course does not establish a professional, therapeutic, or advisory relationship between Artful Circle and the attendee.
Artful Circle makes no guarantees regarding the outcome or results of attending the course. Creative growth and personal development are subjective and vary by individual.
While we strive to provide up-to-date information, Artful Circle cannot guarantee that all content is free from errors or omissions.
We are not responsible for any technical issues or external factors that may prevent access to course materials or sessions (if applicable)
